Neither my Plop with Suckless Init, Plop with sysvinit, nor Plop live CD
have /dev/initctl. Perhaps not so coincidentally, none of the three
responds to Ctrl+Alt+Del. This wasn't a Suckless Init property, it
appears to be a Plop property.
