INSTALL

I attempted to follow the instructions in s6's INSTALL doc, but did not succeed:

./configure --prefix ~/prefices/s6
./configure: unknown option --prefix
checking for C compiler...
  ... gcc
checking whether C compiler works...
  ... yes
checking target system type...
  ... /home/buck/prefices/s6
./configure: error: /usr/lib/skalibs/sysdeps is not a valid sysdeps directory

It seems wrong that the process would reach out to /usr/lib when given
a --prefix.
